Bloqable, with our municipal partner Wise County and the City of Norton, and with our technology partners at the University of Adelaide, and Dialog PLC, created a process for the creation of the first smart land records repository. This allows us to carefully study the complex human process of smart land record creation, break down the process into discreet steps that can be described in a coding development framework, and iteratively work to improve the automation of smart land record creation. We can easily compare software created smart land records to human created ones to improve rules based processes applied on top of large unstructured data sets.
